Making sure your warranty is valid
Most of our air conditioners, furnaces, water heaters, and other products are eligible for manufacturer warranties. These warranties protect you from unexpected and expensive repairs in the event of a malfunctioning HVAC equipment. Each manufacturer has different warranties with different conditions, so depending on if you have a Bryant, Rinnai, Maxx, Appolo Heating, Riobel, or another brand of HVAC equipment, the details of the warranty will be different. We work closely with manufacturers and our customers to ensure that warranties are kept valid, giving you peace of mind. In order to be eligible for a warranty, most HVAC equipment must:
- Be registered for a warranty
- Have been installed by a certified technician
- In some cases, they must undergo annual maintenance
- Only use replacement parts from manufacturers
