I have dealt with Advanced HVAC on a few occasions in the past for AC/HRV servicing. Recently, I had a new HRV unit installed due to a discontinued part. I greatly appreciate the professionalism, from my interactions with Joel and Owen on a reasonable quote, to Mike's team who installed the unit in a timely fashion. In a time of crisis, in a time where time has huge importance, the support from competent,  hard working technicians saved us from a catastrophe.Following 48 hours of no heat in a mixed use building, with a commercial tenant trying to keep a store open with interior temperaures falling to 6 deg.C, residential tenants complaining rightly so to me, the landlord, facing a 3rd night of minus 20 deg.C , with water starting to freeze in our pipes, i turned to ADVANCED hVAC for help. A new boiler was ordered at the end of these 48 hours. The next morning a team from ADVANCED HVAC removed the defunct boiler . By 6pm that day the new boiler was warming our cold radiators. The attitude of the entire team, their dedication  to finish the job before a third cold night, the efficiency of these guys at work was superb . The price was reasonable ,fair and worth every dollar. I will continue doing  business with advanced HVAC and would recommend them highly to anyone in need of HVAC services. MANY THANKS.

We have been hiring Advanced HVAC for all our HVAC requirements years. I cannot overstate how much we appreciate their service, professionalism and high quality work. Just recently Brad and Lucas were at our home to replace a gas pipe that was old and corroded - they were so personable, professional and pleasant to have in our home. Very good. The technician came on time, was totally organized and on the job. He got the whole inspection and servicing done quickly and left no mess behind. He kindly put shoe covers on, didnt mind the cats watching him - highlight of their day - and was a super friendly guy. We came over from Clement Marchand when that company was closing down and I am happy with the seamless transition. There was absolutely no upselling and the whole experience is as good as we ever got with Clement Marchand ( who we were with for 25 years) . I am happy and I think we will stay.
